If for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, simply give us a call within the first 30 (or 7 working) days and we will arrange for a return. Once you receive a Return Authorization form & Shipping Label, package the item safely as it was received including appraisals, certificates, miscellaneous packaging, and ship it to us. Upon receipt, our quality control department will carefully check the item for wear, alterations, sizing and damages to ensure that it is eligible for return. Once accepted, the complete refund will be processed via the original form of payment or credited towards a future purchase per your preference.

All returns post 30 days are subject to a 20% cost of goods and service fee incurred by us in the replacement, procurement, manufacturing of jewelry and are only acceptable if the item is returned in it's original or acceptable condition. For internationally sold merchandise duties, shipping and insurance costs will not be refunded.

Upgrades & Trade-ins recognizes that customers often desire to invest in an item and then upgrade it to something new or something better. For trade-ins, the applicable cost of goods and service fee is 10% of the original cost and again requires that the item being traded in is in its original or acceptable condition.
